No you won't be able to find a car for that price unless used and it will probably be abused if it's that low. ABout $200 and up you can find a new RTR car.

I know a guy here that has a rustler a small 2wd truck plus all kinds of goods with it for $100. See it here. (http://www.traxxas.com/products/nitro/nrustler/trx_nrustler_gallery.htm)
Hit up ebay for some deals... or look here (http://www.nitroaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=740) he has a local shop and may hook you up with something.
It will be hard to get into a Nitro for less than $200.

Welcome to the site sparkplug
The only place you will find one around that price would be ebay.com
What are you after, stadium truck or monster truck?
Some ones that I would recommend looking at are:
Traxxas Nitro Rustler - http://toys.search.ebay.com/rustler_Radio-Control_W0QQcatrefZC12QQfromZR40QQsacatZ2562
Duratrax Nitro Evader - http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=unknown&sbrftog=1&catref=C6&from=R10&satitle=evader&sacat=2562%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=4680&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&fgtp=
Associated RC10GT - http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&catref=C6&from=R10&satitle=rc10gt&sacat=2562%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=4680&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&fgtp=
When you find one you are interested in, post it up on here and we can tell you if it is a good deal or not
Cheers

What is your price range? Monster trucks or Stadium Trucks? MT's are usually 4wd and have larger shocks. ST's are usually 2wd. Nitro or Electric?

remember 4wd is much easier to drive than 2wd

I would say look around eBay and SOME other for sale threads or boards and try to find a Associated GT.
It's an all around good Nitro truck that is very simple to work on and still has great parts support. I have seen a lot of them for sale near $100-$150 range, and that's because the GT2 is now out. It will make a good basher and a beginner racer if you chose to do that.
Plus I still have mine and probably will never get rid of it.
If you have any questions regarding it, I can help!!

A good truck i started put with is the duratrax maximum St or the maxium St pro maximum mx and maximum mx pro there all good trucks. I have four of the st versions and i might be willing to let one go. There pretty old but parts are still abundent.
