Im NorCal Local #1 homie!! Who are you? We may have raced each other! Im Matt Hauck and Paradise Hobbies is my home track. You a Redbluff local? Ive raced the snake once last year...W-designs, racerguy68, isacc3636 and bustedback are all NorCal racers, and members of this site as well. I know w-designs and racerguy have raced there a bunch. I really liked the track last year and was really bumed I couldnt race the 'roundup' this year...it was just too close to the proseries finals and I couldnt afford it...plus the woman wouldnt let me!

Go check out the Table Mountain Raceway thread in the Cali forum...that track is in my friends backyard, here in Oroville.

How did you find out about the site?

I know of you. You have a rep for being pretty fast. You were at the track the day I went to Rattlesnake, but back then I was running 'sportsman'...not anymore!

I did meet and pit for the guy that bought your old mugen at the last Paradise club race I went to...I forget his name though. Really nice guy.

I probably wont be there this weekend unless I can hitch a ride with someone....Andy?

I heard about it from a friend of mine that recently got into the racing here locally too. He's also on the Chico forum. My reputation precedes me.... I've made alot of progress in the last year. The guy who bought my Prospec is Jesse. I think I know who you are talking about, Andy, does he do the fancy paint work? If so, he was at our last race. I hope the weather holds out, I can't wait to race!

Sadly, no. I went to the race before that though, thats the one I met Jesse at. My wife put the hammer down the weekend you came up...I was bumed I missed you guys, its always more fun with out of towners.

I really want to get up there and run with you guys this weekend, Im going to try and get some of the locals to go too...Got any pics of the track?

Wives with hammers can be brutal. Too bad you didn't make it that day, turnout was a bit low. I had a little engine trouble that day which was a bit disappointing. I don't have any pictures of the track other than the first pic I posted. Hopefully you'll get to come up this weekend and check out the track for yourself :thumbs:

No Scoobie....I can't make it this Sat. I have too many painting projects to finish.
I did get to race against Jason at the last Rattlesnake race and I can tell you.....he is FAST. He beat Jeff Wright in the main by 2 laps and me by 5. Better bring it if you want to catch him.
I'm hoping we get to race at Paradise on the 25th. I think the weather will be good so we just need to get the guys together.

That sucks you cant make it...still waiting to hear from Romo, but with everything hes got going on, he probably cant make it. I have yet to ask the one with the hammer, so I may not be able to go even if I can find a ride.
