measuring motor temps

maybe this is a newbie question but where is the most accurate place to measure the motor temp, im using the top of the heat sink but another gys said use the glow plug:confused:

I would say down inside where glow plug is also.:thumbs:

to get the most accurate temp reading you need to check it at the glow plug
