Yeah I would have to say NTC3. The HPI one is also starting to become popular

NTC3 or RS4 (evo or 18SS) are very popular and CEN is getting popular for beginners cos of the outta the box speed but serious racers know that XRAY(NT1) MUGEN (MTX4-R) and the Kyosho are probably the top nitro cars but they aslo have a big price tag to go with them.

i've never driven a NTC3 what are they like, i heard it can take a fair bit of work to get them handling well?

Yeah, you would think so being that the TC5 Electric has been out for quite a while and I think the NTC3 was the 1st nitro one
