FYI,
Please be aware that all recent shipments of Hyperion Duo3, and NET3 chargers have a Firmware bug identified and needs an update to be corrected, as this is a critical bug.
Therefore PLEASE BE SURE that every one of these chargers is updated, using the link to download the v4.6 firmware files. Charger version can be identified by powering up the charger and checking the lower right hand corner of the screen.
BUG UNDER v4.4 / v4.5 firmware, fixed via v4.6
- while charging or discharging Lixx battery in channel 1 ( balance is connected ), output connector error happens when charging or discharging Lixx or Pb battery in channel 2 ( balance is not connected )
- Even if user connects the balancer cable to the balance port from the 2nd pin of the port, the charger does not detect this and charge and discharge.
