whats up i have a jatto 33 when its runing if i hit the gas an let go the carb close but the motor is still racing as if the gas was held down an if i hit the brakes it shuts off. (need help why it is doing that).no the carb is not open when it is racing.

If its dying under breaking, you need to set the idle gap. Check your throttle and brake linkages for binding and set the bottom and top end needles back to factory settings and start re tuning. Also NEVER use you EPA(end point adjustment) to addjust your idle. Set your endpoints first then reset the idle. Once you are sure your needle settings are ballpark if its still doing this, check for an air leak at the carb, and back plate.
