The latest 2010 Spec XRAY 8th Buggy is close to arriving here at RC Disco in the next couple of weeks, maybe even sooner!!!
As ever with XRAY, the new XB808 has undergone some refinement and close up attention to detail to further improve the on track performance in arguably the most competitive class of racing around at the moment.
It seems a subtle increase in chassis length – at the rear of the car – for improved stability and control over and landing from jumps is the main focus for the new car, a slight tweak to the weight distribution around the radio tray also complements the new layout!!
The drivetrain has also undergone detailed refinement, with new, larger bearing supports around the differentials for longer lifespan between maintenance of the car and general reliability, again so vital in the toughest of classes!!
The unrivalled XRAY quality and performance will once again push us to the top of the grids.
The XRAY UK Factory Team are eagerly awaiting their cars from the first batch, including – Jon Hazlewood, Brenn Ralls and Reece Sawyer – it wont be long before you can order your latest XB808 2010 Spec car from RC Disco.

IMO- if youre looking for a high quality, top notch chassis, there are three companies to consider...Kyosho, Mugen, XRAY...

Im not saying other cars arent good too...but if Zip was gonna try something different, XRAY should be one of his top three choices...

They always do offer the parts separately, but to give their loyal following a little help in the cost department, IMO a upgrade kit should be offered.

Like Ron says track time is what makes you fast. The fast guys at the track can out run me with a ready to run car. I feel i have a super car might not be the best car. Lack of track time and experience makes it look bad. One day i want have to work every sat and can get some track time that i realy need. Infact a 2015 Xray 808 spec. want make me any faster but it would be nice to have one. They are talking about xray parts hard to find A-main has anything you need. I have bought a bunch of them. The only problem is i never have to use them. I ran a Dixons last week and the servo saver backed off and steering went a way but they fixed that problem amain has them. It aint Xrays faught or A-mains im to broke to buy them. Buy what you want not what everyone thinks you should buy.:thumbs:

I have a good car now, and really just posted the Announcement about the 2010 model as an FYI for everyone.
But it has my wheels turning about a newer model than what I have now.

Be warned though, if you drive one you like you will not be happy until you get one of them.... In our case it was an X-Ray. Just my two cents...
