I have had this car for about 2 years now but I haven't raced it in over a year. Unboxed it to try to tune it up since never had much luck with it before. It will start and run for about a second or so if I put nitro in the carb...but that's where it ends. It will not pull fuel up into the carb when I try to pull start it. I can take the second line off the muffler and blow and fuel will flow no problem. If I put my finger over the muffler output and pull it will prime the fuel line as well all the way up to the carb but just won't stay running. The idle is set correct but doesn't seem to matter too much where I have it. I just installed a new glow plug and just wanted to see if someone with more experience could enlighten me. I'm not "new" to the hobby but definitely a lot of room to learn. I also have an ACME racing brand (I think) that has never given me engine trouble at all but I've learned my lesson on tightening it as I always seem to be breaking stuff on it but has been an excellent buy for those interested. This Redcat car looks like it could be twice the machine if I could ever get it running again. Please anyone give me information I'm more than eager to listen.
