McCallister chassis bumper

I am mounting a McCallister late model body on a HPI RS4 2 chassis. Where can I get dense foam to make a new front bumper to take up the space that the new body creates? Or, if anyone has a better idea for front end protection, let me know. The stock bumper is way too narrow and it wouldn't be long before the front end would be damaged. Thanks.
