ok buddy of mine can't get it started. put the ez start on and the glow plug light doesn't come on. i put a new glow plug in. nothing. won't start. maybe the wire? any suggestions?

Ditch the ignitor and use a real one. That way you can be sure that the plug is getting hot. This is most likely the problem.

Step 1: new glow plug
Step 2: clear the engine of excess fuel
Step 3: check if the fuel line clip is clipped
Step 4: check if the fuel lines are crossed
Step 5: put a new battery in the ez junk controller
Step 6: air drop it from an airplane
Step 7: get a better starting system
Step 8: rejoice because your truck now runs!
Or do as cbonner said and use a separate glow ignitor, and also try returning the engine to breakin settings with the hsn 1/2 a turn leaner.

lots of stuff to check. gonna get on the ball as soon as i can! oh and i was told bout the ignitor. may try that to!

The most important part is step 6-7, take off the ez-start and air drop into a volcano.

well for some reason yesterday, it wanted to start... my buddy hooked up the wire, used the ez start, started up. now just to keep it running is his issue now.

i had the same problem then i richened the LSN to the factory setting and adjusted from there,now my jato is running stronger than ever
