This is from the National Weather Service and N.O.A.A. and is by far the best place for maps, hurricanes, doplar etc. The maps and doplar is for the states but, it has stuff for other places too. It is a government site. I use this to see where it raining, etc. Has warnings and a loop to see the weather movement.
