Let's see some pics of where you guys and gals are racing.

The offroad track im currently racing at:

Electrics only. 2wd buggies (modified), 2wd buggies (540 class), 4wd buggies (modified) and 2wd Truck (modified).

The surface is loam that has been soaked in vegetable oil. Very grippy but can be real harsh on tyres.

Average laps are around 22 seconds in truck class. Real quick lap in truck is 19sec. 4wd buggies can do it in about 16sec i believe. 5 min heats/mains sees 12-15 laps for most people.

Those are way better pics, put it on slide show and thats always cool. But those pics^^^^ are way better since it was right after the rebuild and the track was wet and ready to race. & Since Ryan Mayfield lives in Arizona (forgot if he was born here) he raced the whole point series and took 1st in pro buggy.

He stops by and racing here every once in awhile :nodding:

Yea. The racers are the ones who take care of the track.

The manager says they only have enough $$$ for a rebuild every 3-4 months....It's been 6 months

yer it gets hot over here and then it rains and it dries again and it makes the rocks come to the top but we are making a different setup and once that is done we are thinking about putting in a couple of sprinklers in the track to keep it nice and moist and a bigger drivers stand ect ect we are also getting a petrol blower to blow all the $hit off it before the races i will then post up another video when its finished ...we have just started changing things!

I like that Oregon track. It doesn't have huge features but looks like a lot of cool tech stuff that will keep you on your toes.:ah1:


Hey RED if you get a chance to try Prarie City before the layout changes it is a must do. In length it is a little bit longer but the fastest laptime is like 9 seconds slower than the last layout. Very technical plus some hangtime if you want it.:thumbs:
