it's a tamiya of some sort, I think I have a magazine from a few years ago that has the review for it, I remember seeing that chassis and thinking to myself, WTF? I have hundreds of magazines, so the chances of me finding it are slim, but I know it's a tamiya, hope that helps

I was bored and couldn't sleep, so I did some research for you, it is a tamiya, it is in their "XGB" series and it based off of their "TGS" chassis. here is a link
