8ight Diffs

I notice that in the 8IGHT 2.0 manual that Losi now includes shims for the diffs. Does anyone here use shims in the diffs in the 8IGHT 1.0?

you cant use shims in 1.0 losi
they did this because guys kept blowing rear diffs out of there buggys and truggy that the best thing losi done

What about the other brands that dont use shims and dont blow diffs? Ive been told MooCars dont use shims...

being able to shim the diffs and get proper backlash is critical to a smoooooooth drivetrain.

mooo use shims the new car the diffs are so tight you got shim the diff away
