On friday installed my new AE BIG BORES on my new RC8. Just thought I'd show them off. I used them on Saturday and they were awsome. Only problem is the stand offs are just a little to small as you will see. I placed one small washer between the stand off and the towers. I bought them from A Main Hobbies. I am currently using the Jammin white spring because A Main Hobbies hasn't got the AE brand springs on there site yet. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Heres the pics.

Nice, I just bought an rc8 a few weeks ago. What are the advantages if big bores?

nm really just there wider and are better for jumping and turing on offroad cars

Big bores are better in the bumps, but mostly they are more consistent in longer races. There is more oil in the shock body, so there is less thermal break down...

I ordered the big bores for my rc8, also I saw that maifield is now running the rc8t rear shock tower on his buggy and they really like the results they are getting from it. So ,I plan on trying the same to see how it reacts for me.
