Best way to improve my Jato's suspension for Off-Road courses

Best upgrades for a smoother-landing suspension and or some suspension tuning advice..

Flextec front arms (does mean no front sway bars though) and play with the springs and shock oil to suit the track, regularly maintained suspension and changed shock fluid is the way to go. Be careful not to preload the springs too much.
