anyone have 1 for sale or no of a place i can get one thats not to spendy , iam on a budget and the only ive found is 105.00 dollars , any help would be appreciated

What kit was that?
Does your CRT.5 have the Ofna Ext. Chassis or is it one of the earlier ones?
You can just get a Motor Mount and then think of a design for mounting the battery.

thank you rc_kaos for your help :rock: iam getting the extended chassis from a main hobbies , this is a brand new arr crt.5 iam going to sell the parts i dont need to help fund the conversion , i think ill get the motor mount you mentioned then fabricate a battery holder .
also anybody intersted in the parts i dont need from this kit let me know , ill a brand new motor , clutch assy. the pipe , standard chassis , etc this all brand new never used

If you only recently bought the CRT.5 then the ext. chassis may be included in the box.

Also, what motor/esc are you looking at getting? And are you looking at putting larger 1/10 stadium truck tyres on or leaving the buggy tyres? What battery do you plan on using (or more importantly, how many cells 2S, 3S?)

i have a novak 6.5 brushless and 5000 lipo i plan on using , its not the newer version kit so it only came with the shorter chassis , i plan on running the stock tires that came with the kit for now
