Ever wondered whether a nitrous system would work well on a 2-stroke RC car engine?

For around $200 u can add Nitrous to Nitro! :nodding:

So what does all of this mean? It means that in spite of my skepticism that nitrous would work in a 2-stroke engine, the Nitrous Express system produces real results. The only complaint we could file with a system that adds 30%+ horsepower to your ride is that a single mini-bottle of nitrous only lasted an average of 15 seconds before it was spent.

You'll be chewing up glow plugs like crazy. I would never put one on my engines

If you don't care about the engine and want to experiment, then go for it.

I still think it's better to just get a bigger engine if it's power you're after. Turbochargers don't do anything more than lean it way out. I would think a Nitrous boost is about the same thing. These engines aren't made for it.

You all know as well as I do both the turbo charger and the Nitro will work OK on a 2 stroke. Diesle engines have been using super chargers forever. both 2 and 4 strokers.

Nitro will work 2

Both will not have the same increase in performance as if they were used in a 4 stroker.

We all also know these RC engine are enginered to thier exact tollerences and boosting thier output will damage/wear all the part mentioned.
