I have no clue of what new stuff will be unveiled there, but Ill get plenty of pics for everyone since Im going.:blbl: I have a weeks vacation and planning on being there from the 19th-21st.

As far as who will win is a big question? I know as far as the US drivers are concerned, Drake and Tebo have made more trips and raced there in last couple years than any of the pros. Im gonna guess one of them, but Ill be pulling for Tebo. TEBO/ODONNELL FTMFW!:winner:

Drake has been in top form, wouldn't mind if he won. Wonder in Kinwald will attend?

More than likely, there is always a new one for the Worlds

not generally from kyosho. they might have updates to a chassis but the last time they did a new cars was probably 5-6 years ago, I could be wrong on that statement.

95% chance of a New Kyosho Buggy and a New Mugen buggy at the worlds. have not heard anything for Jammin, Losi or associated (although the Losi and Associated are new) and maybe the OD will be out by the worlds...

Jammin' may have some new stuff that I've been hearing about.

I wish I was going but the dates just didn't fall right. I guess I'll just have to wait till 2016 when it'll hopefully at The Nitro Pit

DAMN! I remember on neo after the last worlds, them anouncing the worlds would be at the farm 2 in 08. I thought a 2 year wait was long. I couldnt imagine waiting till 2016.

Jammin a few months ago bought out the X1X which had a few little upgrades over the X1. Alot of people are talking about a new truggy but nothing about a new buggy and usually the buggy is first.

You see Jammin's "new" kit wasn't really new... just had the new shocks. The servo saver, radio box, etc.. was all a running change that they were putting with the old kit.

I think there will be a new mugen jammin and kyosho.

Roar Racing has published a list of America Drivers. On the confirmed team are 50 drivers, and 26 on the waiting list.
http://www.roarracing.com/downloads/2008_8th_Fuel_Off_Road_Worlds_Team.pdf
Note lack of....Jeremy Kortz, Jared Tebo, Bobby Tillman and Mark Pavidis

Couple of guys in there I forgot about, also wouldn't mind if Cavalieri took the flag for AE

I know a few people on the confirmed and a few on the waiting list, hopefully a few spots open up.

I'm rooting for Maifield, Fisch-Daddy, and Casey Peck

Alright, the 2 guys that are on top of my list would be Scott Hughes & Adam Drake. Pitty Tebo wasn't going to be there. Boy has some skills

Pavidis, being a former champ automatically gets in...he didnt have to qualify

What I read on Neo-Buggy that I believe Jason Ashton said was that Tebo's ROAR membership may have expired. And ROAR is very strict when it comes to that. So if your membership expires they give up your spot.

Don't think Jammin will have anything new by Worlds this year, according to my sources...

look for news at the rcx show on the new jammin... according to bradley they have been running the x2 prototypes for a while.. once they feel its up to thier standards then it will be released. according to one of the posts on ofna. they have patented some new stuff which had to be done before they released new pictures.

the X2 is the truggy. I looked at Gary Guests buggy the other day (and his X2 he has had since October), and it was not anything new, other then the big bores.

the x2 is different. new chassis, super big bores. new gearing, new center driveline.. guess gary must be running something different then taylor james if the only difference is super big bores because the updated x1x crt is only changed by top loading servo saver and super big bores.

That's an I don't know question, from what i heard before that we would not offer a conversion kit for the change-over because cost wise it close to kit being that the only thing that was the same on the CRT was gearbox and suspension arms, but you never know. that is a quote from DJ at ofna.

garys buggy is a x1x which is upgraded to super big bores and top loading super saver. the x2 everyone is talking about is a new truggy not a new buggy. and gary goesnt have the x2 truggy according to ofna.com hes still driving a x1x crt which is a crt upgraded with super big bores and top loading servo saver.

Gary has an X2 (one of three, Chad B, Taylor J, and Gary G).
I meant when I said "it", "it" was meant as only the buggy, I threw the X2 in there to show that he was one of the original testors of the X2 truck

AZRCaddict

X2-CRT will be the truggy, X2-CR will be the buggy.
Of course a company is going to tell everyone that one of their top drivers is still using the stock items and not the prototype stuff. That way the consumer will still think it's good enough to buy.

maybe we could see a new thunder tiger buggy EB4 S4 there due for a new one.

With the AE/TTR connection, I doubt if TTR will make a new buggy, and if they do, it will probably be a rebadged RC8...but who knows??
