buggy question on brand

i have a guy in my area that is wanting to do some trading with me . he has a xtm terminater buggy that he is wanting to trade with . are thay any good ?

It is a 1/8 scale 4wd nitro buggy which is always good. The RTR servos usually are not very good, but with a rechargeable receiver pack and a descent steering servo, it should be good. Keep in mind what your local hobby retailer supports as well. Can you get parts for it ? Can you get help with it if you need to?
If you have never had a 1/8 buggy you will find it is a lot of fun.

When starting out I would run what everyone else runs. Setup help, parts, advice...etc.
