Following yesterday's announcement that Joe Quagraine has left Novarossi to drive O.S. - Novarossi have been in contact sharing their letter to Joseph:

"Dear Mr. Joseph Quagraine,
NOVAROSSI WORLD srl informs you that we take legal actions, regarding your contract breach. As stated in your contract you have to use the products provided by NOVAROSSI WORLD srl until the end of this year (31/12/2007). We are valueting the damage that you have caused after your public statement to move, without any right, to a different engine company. We will notify you the specific and total amount of the damage soon. NOVAROSSI WORLD inform all the other engine companys, that we will value to take legal actions against your contract breach.

I had perfectly good reasons to leave, and if they didnt want me to, maybe they should have written the contract so I cant.I did everything exactly as it is written in the contract. So I guess the post on neo-buggy is the only thing that will happen.I have only changed sponsors 3 times, and all three times for good reasons. And no I dont have a better deal.....
