What type engine for RC10Gt2

Hi All, I am going to purchase a new GT2 and not sure what engine type it needs to use I know it needs to be a .12 to be ROAR Legal. The info I am looking for is what style crank shaft and exhaust is recommended. Can I use a rear exhaust and a SG style crank? Thanks for the help....N.

You can use a SG rear ,with slide or rotary i m using a hyper 12. that i modded and its fast as hell, $60.00 engine:thumbs: with 21. size slide carb .if you use slide youll have to take some off the rear brace its easy.

is that roar legal? to have a .21 carb on it?

:confused: it should be ,the opening is the same on the carb as any other its not bigger and its stock.reason i got it was for tha big filter

9.3.3 Any carburetor may be used as long as the bore does not exceed the maximum allowable for the engine size. Restrictors may be used to achieve the legal diameter, but must be securely fastened in place.

And for a gas truck the maxmium carb bore is 5.5mm
