I have not kept up with the radio side of rc this year. Anything better than my DX3?

The good ol' JR XS3! Synthesized, so I don't have to mess with crystals just adjust it in my radio by the push of a button and my reciever with a flat head screw driver. I have only had 2 frecuency conflicts out of my 1 year with it, I run my buggy, truggy, and gas truck on it too.

everyone bags on the spectrum system as being too slow but I have the spectrum pro stuff for my M8 and it works great. Lots of talk about the Futaba 2.4 gig stuff being the sh**, and its sells like crazy but I have to point out that the spectrum pro stuff is plenty responsive for any racer. The only issue I have is that the trans. module antenna sticks out the back of your radio unless you do the mod and I set my radio on my kitchen counter and it fell over backwards and broke the plastic elbow on the spectrum antenna! Now it is held up by masking tape and it still flops around more than I would like. If you have a Futaba 3PK with the Faasst 2.4 ghs stuff then more power to you, but there is nothing wrong with the specktrum pro stuffs responsiveness.

Nomadio stuff sells like hotcakes but the radio just feels weird, like a Star-trek phaser set on stun or something, if you can get over that I'm sure its fully functional to optimum kick-a**'ness. Nothing but good reviews from Nomadio radio users.
