The Track is RattleSnake Raceway in Cottonwood, Ca.
What paint scheme did your truck or buggy have?

Jason Melfa, yellow/blue 8ight with black wing. You probably didn't get any of it because you were in the same heats and main as me. Maybe Scoobie got a couple.

Yea, we were in the same main. I'll try and make it to the next race if possible and take as many pictures as I can. You had a pretty strong A-main run. Congrats on the 50lap race. Do they ever do any 30min or 45 min long mains there?

Thanks. They seem to like the short mains. I'd like to at least try a 30 min. main and see how it goes. Days like yesterday really make me anxious for the next race day! :D

Awesome pics john! Thanks for getting over to the site and posting them up!!! Now I have a new avy pic!!! I know the drive is a long one for you, but there is some really good racing around here. You should come out this way a little more often. Paradise Hobbies usually has some good racing and the track A Main is going to put in is going to be a top notch facility. I hope to see you at more of the races around here.
Here are some pics of the track. I dont think I could find it on the track locator, its out in the boonies. Maybe jaylude could find it....

It was good to meet you too Matt, hopefully you'll be able to make it up here more often to race with us. I hope to make it to the Paradise races more often now that I got a new pickup. Thanks for posting the pic of my car. It's a reminder of how dirty it was but the cleanest cars aren't always the fastest :blbl:

For the pictures I took over the weekend I use a Canon 20d w/ the Canon 70-200m L 2.8 lens. For the pictures with flash I used the same camera setup but added two Canon flashes to give it a better look.
