Novarossi P5 interchangeable?

I have a old ReX P5 the bearings, case, head and all it in great condition. I was just curious if i can drop a new sleeve/piston from a newer mill.

Novarossi 421B (will work i think)
Novarossi Plus 21-5 (will work i think)

Can anyone tell me this for sure?

I have a 21BF I think it is the same or close to the 421B and the 21BF is a 3 port.

danial you can still get parts for p5s and no their not interchangeabl therir all ported different sorry.
