New File Attachments Supported!

I just set up a file system to support attachments to now be uploaded with a post. Its still it the test phase so please let me know of any problem you may run into uploading attachments.

Note* Please give the upload some time, depending on your connection this may take a while if your on dial-up. Wait until the window shows your file, do not close it or it will not upload.
