i just recieved my team losi micro t today in the mail. and wow. lol this thing is a ton smaller then i expected. even though all the pics i saw this is still tiny. i charged the battery up and took it for a spin when i got hoem from work. and is it ever quick, i didnt really think it would be that quick at all. set up a binder for a jump and took it for a test drive. it jumps pretty good. but my batterys are dead now and im charging it back up, so i found some time to make this post lol. i will have pics up on monday probably, gunna be busy this weekend.

positves:
- cheeeeap
- this thing is awsome for indoors, when you cant drive outside
-quite ( family likes it the most :D )
-fast,great handling
-and most of all a blast to drive

negatives:
-this thing is a battery hog, the charger takes 8 and so does the controller, i found it werid that you dont plug the charger in.

thats the only con i have found right now but have only drove for 15 minutes tops. i will add pics and more reviews soon.

How long will it run for before the battery dies?

I think they are a wast, micros that are THAT small just are junk. I mean whats the point of having it.

Hell xmods are to small, and sometimes even the 1/18's...

Ill stick to my 1/10 and 1/8's lol, but it sounds pretty cool. My friend bought one and he is AMAZED by it, but i dont get it.

My family doesnt care about the noise alot really, i used to have xmods that went over 60 and were as lous as my nitro probably, cuz of the gears meshing and screaching and all.

i would say around 15 minutes of battery life, but it only takes 20-25 minutes to charge. and rcmankamill, its good because its so small i can set up jumps, and even a track in my house so i can still have fun in the winter, i cant very well drive my nitro through the house lol.

Okay I'm seriously thinking about getting one of these. A new track and hobby shop opened up in Tucson and I went to race and played with one inside. It was slick tile and I could get it going at full speed drifting around the counter holding on for dear life. Little thing is a blast!

Use your main stand alone charger. I use my Duratrax ICE with 0.5A @ 200-350mah. It's a safe "profile" for the stock "red shrink" battery packs. It charges in 2.5-3 minutes. I get runtimes of nearly 20minutes. I am not exaggerating, just make sure your motor doesn't get too hot. Stop the truck within 8-10 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes. You will get longer runtimes this way. Try www.cheapbatterypacks.com (http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com). They will make a custom Micro-T battery pack around 350mah and will provide you with longer runtimes. For $7 shipped to my door, I can't complain. I keep about 5 packs and can run 2 trucks at the same time on my track without ever stopping to rest unless I have to go inside for more beer. Hope this helps in any way.

For $20 you can get a LIPo pack custom fit and it WILL NOT destroy the stock electronics. I have been using it for 3 months now with no problems. Don't forget to have fun...

I'm glad you're opinionated...I too have an 1/8th and 1/10th scale.

I use these trucks for when I am not able to spend 6 hours at the track or friends are over for a BBQ. If you can drive 2WD and learn from it, I think you will be a more patient driver in the future. It takes a lot of throttle control on a track and it brings our Girlfriends/Wives closer.

Here is a pic of my backyard which you can race 5 trucks at the same time without having too much traffic.

I got mine a few weeks ago. THIS CAR IS SO MUCH FUN!!! I can drive anywhere except on grass. I put in the smaller spur gear because it was to fast and now it will hold wheelies until I let off the trigger. This would be so fun to race on a track. The only problem i have is the rear springs need to be heavier or oiled and our little dog is terrified of it and its sound.

Yea I broke the same thing trying to get it out of the box. I easily fixed it with a zip tie and it worked perfectly.
