Does it only do this on the ground? high or slow speeds? can you put the truck on a table and turn the wheels to try to locate it.
Just guessing i would say diff or dogbones....

yes, on the ground. low speed mostly and when on the brakes. can't hear it with truck not running. i'm leaning toward the brake now cause it's pretty sloppy and does it all the time when you hit the brakes.

i bet the house didn't help but the ring gear rides on a plastic diff cup, they wear out, break, the cup is like a 5 buck fix and if you upgrade to a thicker diff lube it will act more like a posi, or a locked diff, but it doesn't help with the steering  they do make a metal diff cup if you spend the buck and upgrade to that as well, you will have a really strong front diff.
btw, if you want out of the hobby, ill by the truck from you, or you can just put it up on here i think someone would buy it from you, :blbl:

i think i'll hang on to it :blbl: , turns out i have some teeth missing off the ring gear, and one of the bearings has some play so i will be picking that up tomorrow, another 50 dollar day at the hobby store.
