I have 3 of the 1st generation cars...the red supra, the silver acura and the yellow skyline. The new cars look alot nicer than the old ones...

My sister in law worked at the crap shack way back when, she let me play with the demo car and I was hooked. I bought the supra and a bunch of the hop ups. When I got it home and started wrenching on it, it brought back all kinds of childhood memories of my Frog and the good times we had together...Then not long after, I got a used T3 and my addiction snowballed into what it is today. So I guess you could say XMods are what got me back into the hobby.

When my sister in law went off to boot camp, she gave me the acura and the skyline....

I now use them mostly for display, but I do dust them off once in a while and run a 'oval' in the kitchen with one of my buddies...

i haven't had a xmod but i had, and still have a ZIP ZAP, ya its from radio shack as well

I still got my zip zaps, lol I got one with the dual battery mod. That thing rips!

Oh and i got one of the hong kong versions "char-g"

Woah, I used to own the most xmod sin the world (yeah, im dead serious) I had about 65++ of them, but re left with about 20 now, and only like 12 work...one can smoke a nitro anyday though

I used to be XMOD king, xmods were my first moddify-able r/c cars..i loved them. Invested around 7 grand into them (now when i look back i think im a complete idiot because i only got like 400 back..

I mean, i still do own them (dont use, just own) but i can still help anyone out who needs help with them, haha. I am the XMOD king...literaly..hahah

I was on EVERY SINGLE xmod forum in the world, but like 100 closed down now, im xmoderkamil on xmodworld if you want to look me up. a HIGHLY respect member ;)
